AI Usage Terms

"AI Credits" means the dollar-denominated allocation for Claude Code usage via aipdia's managed proxy. "Guaranteed Allocation" means the $500 provided upon membership activation. "Unlockable Allocation" means additional credits up to $1,500 (total $2,000) that may become available through milestones. "Ledger" means the immutable append-only record of all credit transactions.

Upon membership activation, you receive $500 of AI Credits. This Guaranteed Allocation is provided unconditionally and is valid for 12 months from activation. Credits are consumed as you use Claude Code via aipdia's proxy.

Additional AI Credits up to $1,500 (for a total of $2,000) may unlock based on: (a) Utilization Milestones — consuming 25%, 50%, 75%, 100% of current allocation with verified progress; (b) Progress Verification — capstone project completion, peer review, and demonstrated building activity. Unlocking is not guaranteed and is at aipdia's discretion based on transparent criteria.

Credits are consumed in real-time as you use Claude Code through aipdia's managed proxy. Consumption rates match Anthropic's official pricing — no markup. The Ledger records every consumption event with timestamp, session ID, project attribution, model used, and token counts.

All credits (Guaranteed and Unlockable) expire 12 months from their allocation date. Upon membership renewal, a fresh $500 Guaranteed Allocation is provided. Previously unlocked tiers remain available if their expiration has not passed. Expired credits cannot be recovered.

The Ledger is append-only — entries are never modified or deleted. Only new entries are appended (negative amounts for consumption, positive for allocations/unlocks). This ensures full transparency and auditability. Members can view their complete Ledger at any time.

AI Credits may only be used through aipdia's managed proxy for Claude Code. Credits cannot be transferred, sold, or used outside the Platform. Automated scraping, bulk API access, or resale of access is prohibited and will result in immediate termination.

AI Credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money, transferred to other accounts, or applied to other services. They are a membership benefit for use within the aipdia Platform only.

aipdia monitors usage patterns to prevent abuse. Unusual patterns (e.g., automated loops, credential sharing, bulk consumption) may trigger review and temporary suspension. Members will be notified and given opportunity to explain before action is taken.

Billing or usage disputes should be directed to [email protected]. Ledger entries serve as the authoritative record. Disputes are resolved per the Terms of Service governing law.

aipdia may update these AI Usage Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
