Privacy Policy

Last updated: January 15, 2026. Your privacy matters to us.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly: name, email, payment details, GitHub/LinkedIn profiles (optional), and application responses. We also collect usage data: AI token consumption, session metadata, course progress, and platform interactions.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide membership services, process payments, allocate AI credits, track learning progress, enable Ventures submissions, send service communications, and improve the platform. We do not sell your data.

3. AI Usage Data

AI token consumption is recorded in an immutable ledger with timestamps, session IDs, project attribution, and model used. This data is used for billing, allocation tracking, and milestone unlocks. It is never shared with third parties for advertising.

4. Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by our payment providers (bKash, Nagad, card processors). We do not store full card numbers. Transaction records are kept for compliance and refund processing.

4. Data Sharing

We share data only with: payment processors (for transactions), email providers (for service emails), and legal authorities (when required by law). We do not share with advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated third parties.

5. Data Retention

Account data retained while membership is active. AI usage ledger retained for 7 years for audit. Payment records retained per financial regulations. Deleted accounts have personal data removed within 30 days (anonymized analytics retained).

6. Your Rights

You may: access your data, request correction, request deletion (subject to legal retention), export your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent for marketing emails. Contact [email protected].

7. Security

We implement reasonable security measures: encryption in transit (TLS 1.3), encryption at rest, access controls, audit logs, and regular security reviews. No system is 100% secure; we notify affected users of breaches per legal requirements.

8. International Transfers

Data may be processed in countries with different privacy laws. We ensure adequate protection via standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.

9. Children's Privacy

The Platform is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we learn we have collected child data, we delete it immediately.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via email and prominently posted on the Platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
