Terms of Service

By accessing or using aipdia ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Platform.

aipdia offers a lifetime membership with a one-time payment. Membership includes access to the Learning Library, $500 guaranteed AI usage credits, eligibility to unlock up to $2,000 total AI credits, builder projects, community access, and aipdia Ventures submission eligibility. Membership is non-transferable.

Each member receives $500 of managed AI usage credits upon joining. Additional credits up to $1,500 (for a total of $2,000) may unlock based on utilization milestones and demonstrated progress. Credits are not guaranteed beyond the initial $500. Unused credits expire after 12 months. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

The Learning Library provides structured educational content for agentic software engineering. Content is provided "as is" and aipdia makes no guarantees about career outcomes, employment, or income resulting from the content.

aipdia Ventures is a selective pathway for exceptional builder projects. Submission does not guarantee selection, investment, development support, or any form of partnership. Selection criteria are at aipdia's sole discretion. No equity is taken without explicit mutual agreement.

Payments are processed in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka) via supported payment providers. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if AI credit consumption is minimal. See the Refund Policy for full details.

All content, materials, and intellectual property on the Platform belong to aipdia or its licensors. Members retain ownership of their submitted projects and capstone work. aipdia claims no ownership over member-created code or products.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. aipdia DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT RESULTS WILL BE ACHIEVED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, aipdia SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

aipdia reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.
